Dissolution

Section 1. In the event of dissolution of the St. Louis County Police Association, all assets shall be distributed to non-profit charitable organization(s) qualifying as exempt from tax. The distribution shall be carried out by the Executive Board not more than one (1) year from dissolution. Section 2. The disposition of physical assets of less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) in value shall be at the discretion of the Executive Board.
