Name & Character

Section 1. The organization shall be known as the St. Louis County Police Association.

Section 2. The St. Louis County Police Association was formed on January 14, 1999 as a chapter of Lodge 15, Missouri Fraternal Order of Police and shall not be affiliated with any organization other than the Fraternal Order of Police.

Section 3. The St. Louis County Police Association shall be registered with the State of Missouri and Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)8 non-profit corporation.

Section 4. The St. Louis County Police Association shall not strike.

Section 5. This Constitution, and any Bylaws adopted, shall govern the conduct of the St. Louis County Police Association.
